Habitat Waukesha will hold its 3rd annual Housing Champions Luncheon on October 16th at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield – 375 S Moorland Rd, Brookfield, WI.
Join us in celebrating the achievements made towards affordable housing in Waukesha County.
2018 Housing Champions Awardees
Eaton, an international manufacturer with several local plants, has made an impact in affordable housing by contributing hundreds of paid staff hours volunteering to build homes and has contributed over $50,000 to Habitat's neighborhood revitalization project.
Housing Action Coalition of Waukesha County is a combined effort of local non-profit agencies, government offices, private businesses, and citizens, to provide much needed services for those in need in Waukesha County. Housing Action Coalition specifically addresses the most vulnerable populations while working to educate and advocate for housing issues. Habitat Waukesha is a participating member organization of the Housing Action Coalition.
2018 Industry Supplier of the Year
Bliffert Lumber & Hardward has been a great industry supplier that helps improve affordable workforce housing in Waukesha County. Through donations and a commitment to service, Bliffert has been a friend to Habitat for Humanity as well as the Building Industry as a whole.
2018 Volunteer of the Year
Bob Beglinger has been working to increase affordable housing for 17 years. With countless hours dedicated on committees and at the build site, Bob epitomizes volunteerism through his devotion to Habitat Waukesha and the community of Waukesha.
